Tantra Workshop for Couples
An afternoon of reconnection for partners — a warm, guided introduction to the tantric foundations of intimacy. Breath, presence and conscious touch, fully clothed and entirely at the two of you's own pace.
Offered seasonally in Sydney; next dates announced to the enquiry list.
What it is
Rediscover each other, on purpose.
This couples tantra workshop is a practical, deeply felt introduction to relating tantrically — the art of being fully present with your partner. It's designed for couples at any stage, whether you're newly in love or decades in and longing to feel close again.
Together you'll be guided through the building blocks of tantric intimacy: synchronised breath, eye-gazing, the language of consent, and conscious touch. The atmosphere is safe, unhurried and free of pressure — there's nothing to achieve, only each other to rediscover.
It's a tantric sex workshop in the truest sense: less about technique, more about presence, polarity and the kind of intimacy that lasts long after the room.
What happens
A guided afternoon, step by step
- I
Land together
You'll arrive, settle the nerves and drop in as a pair — simple breath and grounding practices that bring you both into the same present moment.
- II
Open the channels
Eye-gazing, attuned breath and the foundations of conscious, consent-led touch — practices that rebuild the felt sense of connection between you.
- III
Take it home
You'll leave with simple, repeatable practices to keep the connection alive — a shared language of intimacy you can return to long after the workshop ends.
Who it's for
For couples who want to feel close again.
No experience, flexibility or special skill required — just the two of you and a willingness to show up. You'll feel at home here if:
- You love each other and want to feel more deeply connected
- Intimacy has gone quiet, routine or distant and you'd like it back
- You're curious about tantra but want a safe, gentle first taste together
- You want practical tools to keep presence and desire alive day-to-day
- You'd rather deepen intimacy through presence than through performance
Good to know
Questions, gently answered
- Is the workshop explicit? Is there nudity or sex involved?
- No. This is a clothed, non-explicit workshop. All practices happen between you and your partner only — there's no nudity and no sexual activity in the room. You're always fully in choice about how far you go.
- We're complete beginners. Will we be out of our depth?
- Not at all. The workshop is designed for couples with no tantra experience. Everything is guided clearly and gently, step by step, with plenty of room to go at your own pace.
- Do we have to interact with other couples?
- No. All intimate practice is shared only with your own partner. The group simply holds a warm, supportive field — your experience stays between the two of you.
- Is it suitable if intimacy has been difficult for us?
- Yes. The work is consent-led and trauma-aware throughout. Nothing is forced, every practice is opt-in, and the pace is yours — it's a gentle, supportive place to begin again.
- When and where is the next workshop?
- Couples workshops are offered seasonally in Sydney in an intimate group. Exact dates and the venue are shared with the enquiry list as each is announced — send a discreet message to be notified.
