The foundation
A sacred practice, held with integrity.
Every session is warm, unhurried and offered as somatic, wellness-focused bodywork. The care taken around comfort, cleanliness and discretion is what makes it possible to truly relax, soften and receive.
- Comfort
- The room is kept beautifully warm, with soft, warm lighting and gentle music. Volume and temperature can always be adjusted to suit you — your ease is the priority from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
- Hygiene & a clean space
- The space is calm, private and meticulously clean — fresh linens, sanitised surfaces and fresh towels for every session. A shower before you arrive is preferred, and a warm hot-towel down is part of how each session begins.
- Held with warmth and patience
- If anything ever feels like too much, we simply slow down or pause. You are guided with warmth and patience the whole way through, and never rushed toward any outcome.
- Discretion & confidentiality
- Your visit and anything shared in it stay completely confidential. Sessions are by appointment only, in a discreet location in Bondi Junction shared with you on booking.
