Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions women, men and couples most often ask before a first session. If yours isn't here, you're always welcome to ask via a discreet enquiry.
- What is tantric massage for women?
- Tantric massage for women is a slow, somatic, consent-led form of bodywork that combines breath, presence and skilled touch to help the body relax, feel and reconnect. The focus is on releasing held tension, restoring a sense of safety, and expanding the capacity to receive — held within clear professional boundaries. It is wellness-focused bodywork, not a medical treatment.
- Is this a sexual service?
- No. This is professional, somatic, wellness-focused bodywork and somatic education — not an escort or sex-work service. The work centres on presence, relaxation, healing and reconnecting with the body, held within clear professional boundaries that are agreed before we begin.
- How hygienic is the space?
- Very. The space is private and meticulously clean, with fresh linens, sanitised surfaces, clean hands and fresh towels for every session. Washing facilities are available before we begin.
- How discreet is it? Is my privacy protected?
- Completely. Sessions are by appointment only and everything you share is kept strictly confidential. The exact location in Bondi Junction is shared with you privately on booking.
- What should I wear or bring?
- Just come as you are, unhurried and well hydrated. You don't need to bring anything. Draping is used throughout, so you only ever feel as exposed as you choose to.
- How does draping work?
- A soft sheet or towel is used to cover the body throughout the session, and only the area being worked with is ever uncovered, with your agreement. You stay as covered as you wish, and you can change anything about it at any time. Draping is there so you always feel safe and in control.
- I feel nervous — is that normal?
- Completely normal — most people feel some nervousness before a first session, especially women new to this work. The session is paced entirely by you, begins with conversation and consent, and nothing proceeds without your clear agreement. You can pause or stop at any time.
- Do I need a partner for a couples session?
- Couples sessions are for two people who attend together — a couples session is designed for both partners. If you are on your own, individual sessions for women are available and are equally supported. If you're unsure which suits you, just ask in your enquiry.
- What happens in a couples session?
- A couples session is a guided, consent-led space to slow down, communicate and reconnect through breath, presence and conscious touch. Scarlett facilitates exercises and bodywork that help partners feel each other again, soften long-held patterns and rebuild intimacy. The pace and scope are agreed by both partners beforehand, and both people's consent is honoured equally throughout.
- Do you offer online sessions?
- Yes — some work, such as coaching, guidance and certain practices for women, men and couples, can be offered online. Hands-on bodywork is in person only. Mention online in your enquiry and Scarlett will let you know what's possible for you.
- How do I book a session?
- Through the enquiry form. Share a little about what you're looking for, whether it's an individual or couples session, and your preferred days and times, and Scarlett will reply discreetly to arrange things.
- Where are sessions held?
- In a calm, private space in Bondi Junction, Sydney. The exact address is shared with you on booking, for discretion.
- How long is a session and what does it cost?
- Sessions run 1, 1.5 or 2 hours, all by appointment. You'll find current pricing on each service page. Enquire to discuss what length and type of session would serve you best.
